By using the Site or purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Site.

b. Amoo reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products that we supply.
c. Amoo reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
d. Amoo reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.
e. A significant portion of the Products we offer are either crafted by hand or produced by small-scale manufacturers. As a result, these items may have slight variations in color, shape or texture, size and they may also contain some imperfections.
f. Some of the Products we offer are considered vintage, indicating that they have a history of previous use and may bear noticeable indications of use.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. All prices listed on the Site are in the currency specified.
b. Amoo reserves the right to change the price of any Product at any time without prior notice.
c. Payment must be made by the methods specified on the Site.
d. Amoo reserves the right to refuse any payment made by you for any reason.
e. The prices quoted on the Site are exclusive of shipping costs.
f. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and depend on the shipping destination, weight and size of the Products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Amoo will deliver the Products to the address specified by you when ordering.
b. Amoo ships to addresses in Switzerland, UK and the European Union.
c. Amoo will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the time specified on the Site.
d. The Shop is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
e. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any fees associated with customs duties, taxes or any other expenses required by their country.
5. Returns and Refunds
a. If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange or a voucher.
b. Returned Products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
c. Amoo will not refund any shipping charges for returned Products.
d. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost associated with the return of the Products.
e. For returned Products over 300 CHF or 300 EUR, we strongly recommend insuring them for their full value. This step ensures protection against any potential loss or damage that may occur during transit.
It`s important to remember that if the customer chooses not to insure the products for their full value and they get lost or damaged in transit, we will not be able to offer an exchange or a voucher.
f. If the Artwork/Product was sent directly from the artist, it must be returned to the artist in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return address for such items will be provided on a note inside the package
g. Amoo has the right to reject a returned item or send it back to you if the item displays evidence of damage caused by you or if you fail to follow the return instructions provided by Amoo.
h. Amoo will not provide a voucher or exchange for any items returned after the specified seven-day period.
a. All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and images is the property of Amoo, its licensors or suppliers.
b. You may not use or copy any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Site and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
b. Amoo makes no warranty that the Site or the Products will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. Amoo makes no express or implied representations or warranties as to the quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the products sold on our Site.
b. Amoo shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
c. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the Product(s) in question.
d. Amoo shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays, interruption of service, loss of data, or any other consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or Products.
e. Furthermore, Amoo shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any Products purchased from the Site that are used in a manner that is not in accordance with their intended use or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
f. By using the Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to release us from any and all claims, liabilities or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Products or our Site.9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

b. Any dispute arising from or related to these Agreement or Amoo`s Products will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.
10. Changes to this Agreement
a. Amoo reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
b. The revised Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
c. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
